Ascend Career Academy Charter HS has a governing board that encourages community stakeholder representation, such as parents, students, teachers and other members of the broader community.

The process for engaging input from these stakeholders includes advertising the meetings in local newspapers, announcing such meetings at student assemblies, and posting announcements about the public meetings in various places around the school, including the front office.
